Description

I see this often during an Ohio winter, a cold winter day but a warm glow on the farm house caused by a low sun angle. It was fun to try to capture the general feeling of cold that this scene requires while adding the contrasting feeling of warmth caused by the sunset light. The warmth is suggested by ocher tones on the building and on the sun side of the tree trunks and branches. It is a simple piece but I think it is effective
